(KTTS News) – Willard Mayor Samuel Snider has announced his resignation amid an impeachment hearing on Thursday.
This decision comes after a special meeting on September 14, where the board censured Snider for firing the interim city administrator.
On September 25th, Snider apologized for his actions and accepted the censure, but the board introduced his impeachment.
Snider has stated that he intends to run for Mayor again in April.
