Springfield Police have identified the pedestrian who was hit and killed this week while walking near the Battlefield Mall.

Phyllis Tinsley was 73.

Police say the driver of an SUV had a medical emergency and hit Tinsley while she was on the sidewalk near Woodland and Fremont.
