The National Weather Service says minor amount mixed wintry precipitation. only a dusting up to one of sleet and snow is expected, with a glaze of ice possible for parts of central, east central, south central and southwest Missouri. A few roads could become slick this evening and tonight. Additional minor amounts of mixed wintry precipitation will be possible again Thursday night into early Friday morning.**

Today: Showers likely in the afternoon hours. Cloudy with a high near 35. Wind gusts could reach up to 30 mph.

Tonight: Rain, sleet, and snow, possibly mixed with freezing rain before 2 a.m. then snow and rain likely between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., then rain likely after 5 a.m. A low of 32, wind gusts could reach up to 23 mph. Little to no ice accumulation expected, snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Thursday: Rain likely. It’ll be cloudy with a high near 40.

Friday: Cloudy with a high near 37. Wind gusts could reach 23 mph.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, a high near 42.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, a high near 50.
