(KTTS News) — Charges have been filed after a deadly pedestrian crash in Springfield back in 2022.
Court records say John Hofstetter from Bolivar drove onto the median near Kansas and Division, hitting 59-year-old Jerry Westmoreland from Springfield.
Hofstetter then left the scene.
