(KTTS News) — A man from Republic who injured six people while firing shots into the ceiling at The Barnhouse event center on west Sunshine in Springfield is facing federal charges.
37-year-old Timothy Smith was indicted for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Greene County deputies responded to a private party where Smith and his wife had been hired to do security.
Court records say Smith fired several shots using an AR-style rifle.
