(KTTS News) — Police in Eldon say a child was shot to death at a home on North Mill Street.
The Miller County Prosecutor says Albert Keel is behind bars in connection with the shooting.
He’s charged with first-degree endangerment of the welfare of a child and death of a child- no sexual contact, which is a Class A felony.
