(KTTS News) — Charges have been filed after a drive-by shooting in downtown Springfield Tuesday left 26-year-old Chaviz Nguyen dead.
19-year-old Elysha Bedell from Springfield and two juveniles are charged with firing shots into a car at College and Grant.
The gunshots hit Nguyen and his pregnant girlfriend.
She survived.
Court records say the shooting may be related to an ongoing disturbance between Bedell and a friend of Nguyen’s over a past murder.
