(KTTS News) — It’s seven years in prison for a man from Aurora charged with sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl.
Matthew Fries, 41, entered an Alford plea to a reduced charge of child endangerment for assaulting the girl at his home last year.
Under an Alford plea, the defendant does not admit guilt, but admits there’s enough evidence for a conviction.
