(KTTS News) — A man who escaped from the Phelps County Jail on Friday is back behind bars after he was arrested near Kansas City.
The FBI says Jonathan O’Dell was arrested in Ray County after he stole a truck.
O’Dell was in prison for making plans to go to the Mexican border and shoot immigrants.
A second inmate, Steven Timothy Scott, escaped with O’Dell.
Scott later turned himself in.
