(KTTS News) — A man from Springfield has been sentenced to nearly 14 years in federal prison for firing shots at a Greene County Sheriff’s deputy in August 2022.
Dale Friedrich, 41, pleaded guilty to firing two shots at the deputy during a standoff.
Friedrich was arrested after leaving a halfway house in Springfield.
He will now serve 13 years and 10 months in federal prison without the possibility of parole.
