(KTTS News) — Drivers in Missouri are paying a little more for a gallon of gas this week.
AAA Missouri says the average price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline rose six-cents this week to $3.26 a gallon.
Prices at the pump stayed the same in Springfield at $3.22 a gallon.
Cape Girardeau and Joplin have the cheapest gas in the state at $3.15 a gallon.
St. Louis is the highest at $3.40.
The average price nationwide is now $3.58 a gallon.
AAA Missouri says prices are expected to keep going up as we get closer to July 4.
