(KTTS News) — A Springfield man who is part of a local rap group has pleaded guilty to federal firearms charges.
19-year-old Jardell Williams pleaded guilty to two counts of being an unlawful user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm.
He admitted having two semi automatic pistols, one of which was used in three shooting incidents in the Kansas City area.
He also admitted regularly smoking marijuana.
A sentencing hearing will be scheduled later.
