The Wall That Heals, a ¾ sized replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, is scheduled to come to Springfield this June. The wall’s visit to Springfield is being sponsored by Serenity Honors.
If you’re unfamiliar with Serenity Honors, she is a 10-year-old girl whose mission is to help local Veterans. From raising donations to hosting food drives to just saying “thank you” to local Veterans, Serenity wants to honor as many Veterans as she can.
Recently, Serenity joined the Honor Flight Hub and participated in a Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. She also raised around 10 tons of food to help feed hungry and homeless Veterans around Springfield, Missouri.
The Wall That Heals is scheduled to be in Springfield June 8 – 11th. The Wall will be displayed at Wesley United Methodist Church which is located at 922 West Republic Road.
In order for the Wall That Heals to come to Springfield, they are in desperate need for volunteers. Volunteers will assist in setting up the wall, breaking down the wall for transport as well as volunteers to be on hand to assist anyone who visits the Wall That Heals during its visit to Springfield. If enough volunteers are not available, the Wall That Heals may not be able to come to Springfield.

Thank you Ozarks for your support!
