(KTTS News) — Laclede County officials have filed charges against the mother of a boy who was found seriously beaten at a home in late March.
Carrie Frazier from Lebanon is charged with child abuse and neglect and endangering the welfare of a child.
A three-year-old boy was found with severe injuries on March 29th.
Doctors say the boy would have died within a week if he had not been treated.
Child abuse charges have also been filed against Frazier’s boyfriend, George Holmes.
