(KTTS News) — A grand jury has indicted a Springfield man on four counts of murder for an incident in 2014.
Federal authorities released Scott Goodwin-Bey to Greene County officials.
He served a federal sentence for illegally possessing a weapon.
He is now facing charges for the shooting deaths of four people in November 2014 in a room at the Economy Inn on North Glenstone Avenue.
Goodwin-Bey was charged in 2015 but a judge later threw out ballistics evidence in the case.
