(KTTS News) — A man from Mansfield is charged in Douglas County after hitting a young girl with his car.
Joseph Farris, 39, is charged with driving while intoxicated and abuse or neglect of a child.
Deputies found the girl on Highway-FF in Ava.
She was taken to the hospital.
