(KTTS News) — The Highway Patrol says the driver of a van may have been driving under the influence before hitting a Highway Patrol vehicle early Monday morning.
The van was going the wrong way on Highway 65 south of Fair Grove when it hit the trooper’s SUV head-on.
The driver of the van had minor injuries.
He was arrested for suspected DUI.
The trooper had no serious injuries.
Both vehicles were totaled in the crash.
