(KTTS News) — A woman who’s charged with murder in the death of a man in Greene County has waived her right to a preliminary hearing.
Jessica McCammon, 42, is charged with killing 52-year-old Dan Myers.
His burned remains were found in his truck in the 10000-block of North Farm Road 167 back in April.
Investigators say McCammon told a witness that she gave Myers an overdose of Fentanyl because he abused her.
Her arraignment is set for next month.
