(KTTS News) — Ozark County officials are investigating a fatal shooting at a home in Theodosia.
Deputies found a 27-year-old man dead inside a home.
They arrested a Brian Mathew Dunaway, 42, man who said he had taken methamphetamine before the shooting.
KY3 says Dunaway claimed the victim was charging at him when he fired a shot.
He’s charged with second-degree murder.
