(KTTS News) — A judge has denied bond for a man from Ozark charged with a deadly shooting on the square.
Police say Matthew Dedmon, 47, knew that 57-year-old Joe Newburn was having an affair with his wife.
KY3 says Dedmon drove to the square and caught them together.
He then shot Newburn three times.
