(KTTS News) — There’s a small risk for some strong to severe storms today off to the east of Springfield.

Quarter size hail and 60 mile an hour winds will be the main threat.
Most of the Ozarks will experience some rain and thunder.
Some additional rainfall, generally less than 1 inch, will occur across the area given additional showers and a few thunderstorms today through Thursday night. Highest rain amounts are expected over the eastern Ozarks. The flooding threat is low. #mowx #kswx pic.twitter.com/hAdDgwpwxR
