LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Former White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders continues to far outpace her rivals in fundraising for the Arkansas governor’s race.
Sanders this week reported raising another $601,000 last month for her campaign.
Monday was the deadline for candidates to file their monthly fundraising reports with the state.
Sanders is seeking the Republican nomination in the state’s May 24 primary.
She’s raised nearly $15 million since launching her bid last year.
The frontrunner among Democrats in fundraising is Chris Jones, who raised more than $161,000 last month.
Jones has raised $1.8 million since entering the governor’s race last year.
