James Phelps, who’s charged with murder in the death of Cassidy Rainwater, has a new defense attorney.
Phelps will be back in court on Friday.
Phelps and Timothy Norton are charged with killing Rainwater in Dallas County.
The sheriff says her remains were found in a freezer and on property nearby.
