(KTTS News) — A man who walked away from an assisted living center in Lebanon has been found dead.
Mark T. Spence, 49, had a diminished mental capacity because of traumatic brain injury.
He died after he was hit by a train in Dixon.
Police say he left Lebanon Health Care North and was likely on his way to Union Village Ridge or St. Clair to see family.
