There was a virtual court appearance Thursday for Jon Routh, the man charged with ramming Springfield Police Officer Mark Priebe with his car in June of 2020.
Priebe was left permanently disabled.
Routh is at the state mental hospital in Fulton.
He’s been declared competent for trial.
He waved his right to a preliminary hearing.
His case now heads to Greene County Court.
His next court date is in March.
