It’s life in prison for a man found guilty of murder in Polk County.
Michael Ybarra was sentenced for shooting 35-year-old Joshua Phillips from Bolivar.
He was found dead at a home last year.
Officers followed footsteps covered in paint from a paint can that had been knocked over at the scene to Ybarra’s home.
