A judge has set a bond hearing for one of two men charged in a high-profile kidnapping case in Dallas County.
Timothy Norton is being held without bond, charged with kidnapping Cassidy Rainwater.
His next court date is November 23.
James Phelps, who’s also charged with kidnapping in the case, was granted a change of judge.
His next court date is November 19.
KY3 says Phelps told authorities that Rainwater had been staying with him while she got back on her feet.
He says she left in the middle of the night and he hasn’t seen her since.
