The Springfield-Greene County Health Department says the seven-day average for new cases of COVID-19 fell to 80 today.
New cases have dropped 26-percent over the past week.
The new average is well below the average of 200 cases one month ago.

CoxHealth and Mercy are reporting fewer cases as vaccinations go up.
But health leaders say hospitals in states as far away as Alabama are reaching out to the Ozarks for help, looking for open beds for their patients.
