The school board of Republic has approved no-increase tax levy and now it’s up to voters to decide whether it’s implemented.
The levy will provide $16 million to fund a new early childhood center, and purchase property for more growth in the future.
The school is relying on the new Amazon distribution center and new Convoy of Hope headquarters to bring more students to the district as a part of its calculations for the future.
The vote will be held on April 4th.
