The Greene County family Justice Center has seen a new increase in people seeking their services.
The center aims to help those suffering from domestic or sexual abuse or assault, including child abuse or human trafficking.
The pandemic has led to more people coming in. The center says no appointments are needed. They are located at the old Tefft School on East Pythian.
They can also be found online.
Justice Center Professionals say it’s likely that the isolation has worsened the situation that many people find themselves in.
Total visits to the center have increased by around 66% per month.
