The Newton County prosecutor has filed first-degree murder charges in the death of Robert Bryant.
Bryant’s nephew, 32-year-old James Bryant, is charged with his murder.
Authorities say James Bryant lived with his uncle.
Robert Bryant’s body was found this week under some debris on his property.
An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow.
