During Tuesday’s Nixa city council meeting, the council voted to appoint Jarad Giddens to fill the vacant District 1 council seat.
Giddens resigned from his seats on the city’s Home Rule Charter Review commission and the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Two other candidates who expressed interest in the vacant seat were both appointed to fill vacancies on the Planning & Zoning Commission
