Charges have been filed against Andrew Lynch for 8 counts including three counts for 2nd degree murder.
Police allege that Lynch drove his truck recklessly through the city, causing the deaths of three people. Police initially attempted to pursue, but called off the chase when it became too dangerous for passersby.
Lynch is facing charges for resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest, and second-degree murder.
Missouri Highway Patrol Troopers say Jamin, Kimberly, and Braeden Seabert were in the car that was hit by Lynch’s pickup. Two other vehicles were also involved in the crash.
