A woman from O’Fallon was killed in a crash Saturday afternoon on Highway 76, just east of Bradleyville.
The highway patrol says Haley Allison was the passenger in a vehicle that went off the road twice, the impact of the crash partially ejected her from the pickup.
The driver was tested for alcohol.
Allison was 20.
