A group in Arkansas has submitted a proposal to allow recreational marijuana in the state.
On Wednesday, the Drug Policy Education Group submitted a petition to add the measure to a 2020 ballot. They need another 90,000 signatures before July 3rd.
Arkansas legalized medical Marijuana in 2016.
