A man from Nixa is in jail after allegedly shooting at and damaged a business in June.
Video shows a man firing five times at a business on North West Bypass before driving away to West Division Street on June 23rd. The owner of the business says he recognized the suspect immediately.
Police have identified the suspect as Randy Joe Gairson and attempted to contact him. Official records say Gairson refused to speak to police without an attorney. Police arrested him on Sunday. He’s currently in Christian County lockup without bail.
