(KTTS News) — Three families from the St. Louis area have sued The Grand Plaza Hotel in Branson after their children suffered major injuries in the hotel swimming pool in 2021.
The suit claims an employee poured too much of a commercial grade pool cleaner into the pool while guests were swimming.
The suit says the pool cleaner was only supposed to be used when the pool was empty.
One girl suffered permanent damage to her lungs and throat.
Several other children had to receive medical attention.
