(KTTS News) — It’s been a cold winter in the Ozarks, but it could be over soon if one tradition is correct.

The Punxsutawney Groundhog Club made its weather forecast on Groundhog Day.

It says Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow when he woke up this morning.

That could mean an early Spring — not six more weeks of winter.

It’s the first time since 2020 that Phil has predicted an early Spring.
