(KTTS News) — Missouri Senate President Pro Tem Caleb Rowden says he removed four members of the so-called Freedom Caucus from their committee chairs because they were trying to break up the Senate.
It comes after the caucus spent hours filibustering on the Senate floor.
Rowden tells the Missouri News Network that he removed fellow Republicans Denny Hoskins, Rick Bratton, Bill Eigel and Andrew Koenig from their assignments.
Bratton says he won’t stop trying to push his conservative agenda in the Senate.
