(KTTS News) – The Camden County Sheriff’s Office believe they have found the remains of a Camdenton man who went missing a decade ago.
Donald L. Ewin went missing Dec. 29, 2013.
Last week, detectives recovered Erwin’s car from a pond on private property.
Cadaver dogs were brought to the scene and alerted detectives to human remains in the pond.
Divers were able to locate human remains and an artificial hip similar to one Erwin had.
A forensic pathologist will examine the remains.
