(KTTS News) — Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft slammed the Colorado Supreme Court decision that removed former President Trump from the Republican presidential ballot in 2024.
Ashcroft, who’s a Republican, called it a kangaroo court decision.
He told reporters Wednesday that the people should pick the president, not unelected judges.
Ashcroft is in charge of elections in Missouri.
He’s also running for Missouri Governor in 2024.
