(KTTS News) — A man from Washburn is dead after a crash in Barry County.
The Highway Patrol says 30-year-old James Fogarty was riding a bicycle when he failed to yield to traffic and hit a tractor trailer.
The crash happened on Highway 37 south of Highway 90 in Washburn.
