(KTTS News) — The Missouri Supreme Court has denied Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft’s attempt to appeal rulings against his ballot summaries on abortion.
A state appeals court said Ashcroft’s summaries, which included the words “dangerous, unregulated and unrestricted” abortions were “replete with politically partisan language.”
Ashcroft says he’s committed to making sure the people of Missouri have the ballot language they understand and trust.
