(KTTS News) — An arrest has been made in connection with a deadly shooting Tuesday night in downtown Springfield.
No charges have been filed.
26-year-old Chaviz Nguyen from Springfield died after someone fired shots into the car he was in at College and Grant.
Nguyen was with his girlfriend, who was pregnant.
She was also shot, but her injuries aren’t life-threatening.

We now know the name of the man who died in a drive-by shooting Tuesday night in downtown Springfield.
Police say 26-year-old Chaviz Nguyen from Springfield died after someone fired shots into his car at Grant and College.
His father says Nguyen was protecting his girlfriend, who is seven-months pregnant.
She was also shot, but her injuries are not life-threatening.
Police are still looking for the shooter.
