(KTTS News) — One man is in custody after a standoff Friday morning near Kansas and Grand in Springfield.
Police say the man was hallucinating when he fired a shot in his apartment before 6:30 this morning.
Police shut down eastbound traffic while they tried to get the man to come out.
The man’s teenage daughter made it out safely.
No one was hurt.
