(KTTS News) — It’s three years in prison for a man who set a fire inside the Academy Sports in south Springfield.
42-year-old Robert Ruffner pleaded guilty to starting the fire so he could steal from the store.
He was arrested after police tracked him to the nearby Library Center, where he was sitting at a computer.
