(KTTS News) — Three people have been charged in connection with Wednesday’s home invasion in Nixa that left one man hurt.

A woman called 911 saying she was hiding in a home on Bridgewood Court after two men and a woman broke in and assaulted a man inside.

Police say 43-year-old Angela Furtado from Springfield, 39-year-old Donald Condreay from Springfield, and 18-year-old Benjamin Dixon from Nixa are being held in the Christian County Jail without bond.

All three are charged with burglary, kidnapping, assault, and resisting or interfering with an arrest.

Court records say they went to the home Wednesday morning, began banging on the door, and started taking things from the victim’s vehicle.

The victim told police the suspects were running from the cops and needed a place to hide.

The Christian County Prosecutor has filed charges, and warrants were issued against three suspects involved in the home invasion yesterday which occurred on Bridgewood Ct. in Nixa. All three continue to be held in the Christian County Jail.

The accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

    • Kidnapping – Facilitating a Felony – Inflicting Injury – Terrorizing 1st degree (Felony B)
    • Assault 3rd degree (Felony E)
    • Resisting/Interfering with arrest for a felony (Felony E)
  • Angela Furtado, 43, of Springfield. Being held without bond. Furtado is a known associate of the male victim.
    • Burglary 1st degree (Felony B)
    • Kidnapping – Facilitating a Felony – Inflicting Injury – Terrorizing 1st degree (Felony B)
    • Assault 3rd degree (Felony E)
    • Resisting/Interfering with arrest for a felony (Felony E)
