(KTTS News) – A Springfield man has pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual misconduct on Wednesday.
30-year-old Joseph Cowan was arrested on August 30th after he exposed himself to three victims exercising on the Galloway Trail.
Court documents show that in a previous incident in May, Cowan was found passed out near a preschool with his pants unzipped.
Cowan is scheduled for a sentencing hearing on December 6th.
