(KTTS News) — A man from Springfield is charged with stabbing a woman several times while she held a three-month-old baby.
Octavian Johnson called 911 and told the operator he was about to commit a murder.
The woman says Octavian Johnson, who is her cousin, asked her if she was an “eastern star” or a “mason”.
She had cuts all over her body, but the baby was not hurt.
Johnson was found walking on the highway the next day in Branson, covered in blood.
He was taken to the hospital to be checked out and to get a mental evaluation.
