(KTTS News) — The Missouri Supreme Court has agreed to hear a discrimination case involving workers at a now-closed Harley-Davidson plant in North Kansas City.
The lawsuit, which was filed before the plant closed, says the vast majority of Harley employees, who were white, created a hostile work environment for the contract workers, most of whom were Black.
A lower court dismissed the case saying there’s not enough proof that the workers were directly targeted or harmed.
